18" tall wearing a French Mariner's Uniform complete with hat bearing the name of "The Normandy", one very large luxurious vessel that was intended to be used after the war to return the American troops home, but ended up being sunk in the New York harbor. The doll has set blue glass eyes and an open/closed mouth with the expression that he is talking. Painted Blonde hair.
