Kestner Hilda Baby

A Beautiful Kestner Hilda baby #1070, with a solid dome head, well marked and in perfect condition.  The doll has brown glass sleep eyes that are well aligned.  The original artistry and gentle coloring in her face is exceptional.  The outlined sleep eyes are brown glass with fine painted lashes and multi-stoke brows.  The bisque is pale and flawless, the mouth is in an open smile of anticipation, with two molded teeth behind the top lip.  The coloring is gentle and lifelike.  The molded hair is gently stroked in light brown paint; a wig can be used over it. or it is pretty as is.  The five-piece Kestner composition body with the signature "left hand out. right hand in" pose for kestner babies. is in fine condition.
